NOTE

Use the ESF sensor adapter when calibrating. Calibration accuracy may be reduced without the ESF
sensor adapter.
 Use a flow rate of 0.5 ± 0.1 L/min when calibrating. Calibration accuracy may be reduced if calibration is
performed using a different flow rate.

When using a diffusion type detector, gas sensitivity will be affected by ambient wind speeds.
 The number of years of warranty for the ESF sensor depends on the sensor model. Refer to the above
table.
