4 Commissioning
4.1 Unpacking
⇒ Remove the device and accessories from the shipping box�
⇒ Check the delivery for completeness (see Chapter “3�2 Standard Delivery”)
4.2 Setup
⇒ Place the unit on a flat, stable surface.
Do not lift or carry the device by the laser arm.
4.3 Replacing the "Laser warning"
⇒ Remove the laser warning in your language from the sticker set and cover over the existing warning
label (5, Fig� 1)�
4.4 Electrical connection
Before making the electrical connection, check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate
matches the local voltage supply.
⇒ Unroll the power cord and insert the power plug into the building wall socket�
4.5 Moving to the start position
If the drill motor is not in its starting position, this is identified and displayed after plugging in the mains
plug:
In this case:
♦ The operating indicator (3, Fig. 1) flashes.
⇒ Press and hold both operating keys (6, Fig� 1)�
♦ The drill motor slowly moves to the starting position�
♦ As soon as the start position is reached, the motor stops and the operating indicator lights up perma-
nently�
