Configure a reference measurement channel (RMC) for the uplink.
An RMC is defined via the number of allocated resource blocks, the modulation type,
the transport block size index and the channel bandwidth (see
).
Only certain value combinations are accepted by these commands. For allowed combi-
nations see
chapter 2.2.12, "Scheduling Type RMC"
