The channel coefficients are similar to the coefficients of a channel matrix. They are
complex coefficients, have a magnitude and a phase and define an amplitude
response and a phase response.
The following example shows a 2x2 matrix for dual-layer beamforming, applied to
antenna port 7 and port 8.

2.2.12 Scheduling Type RMC
Reference Measurement Channels (RMC) as defined in 3GPP TS 36.521 are required
for various transmitter and receiver conformance tests.
An RMC can be defined via the following set of parameters:

Number of allocated Resource Blocks (RB)

Position of the first allocated RB
