ERROR: CPLD NOT
PROGRAMMED No The Complex Programmable
Logic Device (CPLD) on the
controller board is not
programmed. The EC
cannot read the version bits
in the CPLD which tell the
EC which configuration
version is installed. Contact your authorized service
representative.

PROGRAM NOT
VALID Yes The printer cannot find the
data controller program or
the validation checksum is
corrupt. Download the program again. If
the message appears, contact
your authorized service
representative.
