8.3 View and Record
Ventilator Information
1. If the ventilator is not already in diagnostic mode, press and hold the
nav-ring
Enter
button, and press the
On/Shutdown
button on the user
interface. Within 5 seconds of power up, release and press the nav-
ring
Enter
button again to enter the Diagnostics menu.
2. Touch
Service
to display the Ventilator Information screen (Figure 8-
1), and record the following information on the Electrical Safety
(section 8.8,
Electrical Safety Data Form
) or Performance Verification
Data Form (section 8.9,
Performance Verification Data Form
):

3. Touch
Pneumatics
and record the displayed barometric pressure.
4. Measure and record the ambient temperature and relative humidity.
5. Complete a diagnostic report (DRPTA) download (Chapter 6).
6. Turn the ventilator OFF.
