Multimedia Pocket

Removing the Device

Disable the multimedia pocket device function.

Double-click

on the taskbar.

Select the multimedia pocket device and then select [Stop].

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Confirm that

and

indicators are not lit.

This step is not necessary under the following conditions.

When removing the multimedia pocket device after the computer is turned off

When

is not displayed

When the device to be removed does not appear in the list under step

When removing the second battery pack

Turn your computer over.

Press and hold the MP release button (A), then slide the device.

Remove the device by holding both sides of the device.

CAUTION

Handle the device as shown (holding both sides). Otherwise, the device may be
damaged. Also, do not apply excessive downward force on the device.
