Command Codes
Note
Command codes 06 04, 06 05, and 06 06 are supported only by the Optical
Ring Controller Link Support Boards in Token Ring Mode.

DATA LINK START
Starts the Controller Link Network data links.
Command Block
Response Block
The DATA LINK START command can be received for manually set data
links. An error will occur if manually set data links are specified and yet data
link tables do not exist.
The node that receives this command and starts the data links will become
the data link startup node.
