Software Setting of I/O Allocations

Section 6-7

Click the 

Transfer [PC to Unit]

 Button. The CX-Integrator will download

the Software Setting Table to the CompoNet Communications Unit. 

The CompoNet Communications Unit will automatically reset after the
Software Setting Table is downloaded. It will then download the parame-
ters to the SmartSlice I/O Units. This enables the Software Setting Table.

Click the 

OK

 Button to complete the procedure. 

Note

(1) If the CompoNet Communications Unit is not in Software I/O Allocation

Mode when the parameters are downloaded, the CX-Integrator will down-
load only the normal parameters. 

(2) If you downloaded a Software Setting Table before, clear the Table, reset

the power supply, and then download the Table from the CX-Integrator
again.
