I/O Allocations to CompoNet Master Unit

Allocating I/O with the CX-Integrator

You can use the CX-Integrator to set I/O allocations. Use this procedure.

Start the CX-Integrator.

Double-click the icon of the CompoNet Master Unit. (In the Maintenance
Mode Window, right-click the icon and select

The Configuration Window will show.

Click the 

Software Setting Table

 Tab and set the areas, addresses, and

number of nodes for word outputs and word inputs. The area is the mem-
ory area in the CPU Unit and the address is the address of the first word
to allocate. “Node” is the number of words in the Input or Output Area. 
If status words are necessary, set them too.
