“ADMIN” ACCOUNT
Front Panel Configuration
This section deals with behavior of the VOCO 8 front panel, including the ability to set passwords, along with
which channels and controls are available.
Front Panel User Configuration
Configures a front panel password (if desired) and links the front panel to a “Studio” account (similar to the way
“Live” accounts are linked to “Studio” accounts).
Front Panel Admin Password
Allows front panel access to user controls and administrative functions such as setting IP addresses. The default
password is admin. A front panel password would be requested if “Front Panel Auto Lock” is on. The front panel
admin password is also requested when applying a software update from the front panel via USB. The currently set
password (if any) can be removed by clearing this field.
Front Panel User Password
Allows front panel access only to user controls such as preset and session selection, and headphone output. There is
no default password. A front panel password would be requested if “Front Panel Auto Lock” is on. The currently set
password (if any) can be removed by clearing this field.
Front Panel Linked Account
Selects which “Studio” account the front panel controls are linked to. The channels displayed on the front panel
will follow the microphone channels assigned to that particular “Studio” account.
