Scanning of the document begins, and then the fax is sent.

To stop the transmission, press the [Stop] key. For details, refer to “Stop-
ping the transmission” on page 2-36.
If the fax could not be sent, a transmission report is printed. For details,
refer to “When unable to send” on page 2-35.
Since a document with multiple pages is saved in the memory while it is
being sent, the document is scanned at high speed.
