Setting the FOMA Card
The FOMA card is an IC card that contains private information such as your phone number.
Before inserting or removing the FOMA card, first turn the power off and remove the battery pack.

Note also that when you try to insert or remove the FOMA card, keep the FOMA terminal folded and held in
your hand.

Attaching/Removing the FOMA card

Put the FOMA card into the card inserting slot with the IC side downward as shown in the
illustration

Insert the FOMA card until it is fixed
To remove the FOMA card, carefully pull it out straight from the following status.
Security codes for the FOMA card (UIM)
You can set two PIN (Personal Identification Number) codes, PIN1 code and PIN2 code, for the FOMA card
(UIM).
