Displaying, Editing and Organizing Files

Using the Phone To, Mail To and Web To
Functions
●
If an underlined phone number, e-mail address or
URL is displayed on the screen when the playback
ends, you can use the Phone To/AV Phone To, Mail
To or Web To function.
●
When Phone To/AV Phone To or Mail To function is
available, you can select “Add to phonebook” to add
the data to phonebook after the playback finishes.

● The available functions vary depending on the
folders, which means that the items listed in each
function menu are different.

(FUNC) Select any item:
Normal play …… If the playback is paused, the i-motion
is replayed from the paused position.
Slow
……
Plays slowly. To return to normal playback,
press
o
(Play) or select “Normal play” from the
Function menu while the movie is paused.
Fast …… Plays fast. To return to normal playback, press
o
(Play) or select “Normal play” from the Function
menu while the movie is paused.
Stop …… Exits i-motion and returns to the Movies list
screen.

……
Begins the playback from the
specified position.
Use

to select the point where the playback is
to begin
Select link …… If a phone number, e-mail address or
URL is displayed in the ticker of the playing movie, you
can use the Phone To/AV Phone To, Mail To or Web To
function.

Compose message
……
Composes an i-mode mail
message with the current movie attached.

Select ring tone …… Sets the sound of the movie as
the ring tone for voice calls, videophone calls, mail, chat
mail, MessageR or MessageF. → P.110
Stand-by display …… Sets the movie to the standby
screen.
Set repeat play

Specifies whether to play the
i-motion continuously in the file order in the folder (to
play repeatedly on the FOMA terminal).

Plays the i-motion continuously in the file
order in the folder.
OFF (default) …… Plays only the selected i-motion.

・ It is an i-motion that can be played during downloading
・ The i-motion has no seek points
・ The interval between seek points is too long
・ The i-motion has a seek point only at the beginning of the
file
・ Playing the streaming type i-motion
・ The i-motion is an ASF file with only audio and there is no
seek data

Tickers cannot be played during seeking (rewind/fast forward)
or during frame advance.
