<Phone To, Mail To and Web To functions>
Using the Phone To, Mail To and
Web To Functions
These functions provide quick and simple
procedures for making calls, sending mail and
viewing websites using information (phone numbers,
e-mail addresses, URLs, etc.) displayed in mail or
on a site.
●
You may not be able to use the Phone To, AV Phone
To, Mail To or Web To functions with mail sent from a
PC.
Phone To function
You can make a call to a phone number displayed on
a site or in the body of an e-mail message.
● When used for videophone calls, this function is
called the AV Phone To function.
●
Not all sites support this function.
●
You can enter up to 26 digits as a phone number.

Mail To function
You can send a mail to a mail address displayed on
a site or in the body of an e-mail message.
● Not all sites support this function.
● You cannot use the Mail To function when draft mails
are full.
● You may not be able to use the Mail To function when
2 or more e-mail addresses are displayed in
sequence.

You can enter up to 50 half-pitch characters as an e-
mail address.

Web To function
You can view a website of the URL displayed on a
site or in the body of an e-mail message.
● Not all sites support this function.

numbers which indicate a phone number but also with an item
which includes a phone number information such as
“Contact us”.

If the mail sender or recipient address is provided in phone
number or “[phone number]@ ・・・ ” format, you can make calls
by selecting the mail sender or recipient address.

If the entered e-mail address is incorrect, correct the address
before sending the mail.

You may use the Mail To function with the item in which a mail
address is not indicated but linked (e.g. “please contact
here”).

You may use the Web To function with the item in which a
URL is not indicated but linked (e.g. “for more information”).
