This equipment is going to be born to be UL Listed label and CE label around late Apr. or mid May
2010. Even when this equipment is exported to countries other than North America or Europe and
problems, such as a fine and compensation by the matter, occur on the occasion of import customs
clearance and use in the country concerned, our company will exempt from all responsibility
regardless of direct or indirectness.
Notes on Export
This equipment (including software) may be classified as the cargo (or service) to which the
Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act is applied. If this is the case, an export permit from the
Japanese government is required. For materials necessary for applying an export permit, contact
your sales agent or nearby NEC sales office.
