4.1.4 Replacing sponge for spitting box
Be sure to read and understand the safety warnings before handling the printer.
Replace the sponge of the spitting box under the following conditions.
•
When a sponge for spitting box hardened.
•
When the media becomes dirty with the ink.

Power OFF the unit.
Step 2 :
Open the maintenance cover.
