Do not repeat inserting or pulling out the roll media of the same type. Doing so may damage the paper
roll and cause idle operation.

Replacement procedure
Step 1:
If the printer is switched ON, make

There is no printing operation being performed.
•
The control panel is in a normal status.
•
Make sure that the MEDIA SET lamp is lit (orange) on the operation panel.
Step 2:
Press the [F3] key on the operation panel.
The following message appears.
Step 3:
Press the [F3] key and wind up the roll media.
