Shaft fitting and gearbox housing closing:
• Position the gearbox cover with the transmission shaft
alread fitted using the special tool (code 01 91 25 30);
• Couple the main “A” and secondary “B” shafts;
• Fit the three coupled shafts into the bearing seats on
the cover;
• Fit the gearbox housing “C” using sealant as a gasket;
• Fasten the transmission cover to the gearbox housing
by tightening the fastening screw “D” to the torque
prescribed in chapter 4, section B;
• Turn the gearbox housing and lock the remaining
fastening screws to the torque prescribed in the table
in chapter 4, section B.
Fit the odometer transmission:
• Position the shimming washer using the special tool;
• Fit the transmission “E”;
• Fit the transmission angle
Fork fitting:
• Position the forks in the sleeves;
• Insert the shafts into the forks and check they move
smoothly;
• Place the gear in neutral.
