Safety stop function operation
At an internal safety circuit fault, E.SAF or E.CPU is displayed on the operation panel.
SA is displayed on the operation panel when both the S1 and S2 signals are in the open
state without any internal safety circuit fault (E.SAF, E.CPU).
ON: Transistor used for an open collector output is conducted.
OFF: Transistor used for an open collector output is not conducted.
N/A denotes a condition where circuit fault does not apply.

CAUTION:
To use the safety stop function, connect the FR-D700 SC source-logic safety terminal
models only to a safety relay module. If the FR-D700 sink-logic safety terminal models
and the FR-D700 SC source-logic safety terminal models are connected, the safety
stop function does NOT operate.
