CONFIGURING BASIC SIP NETWORK SETTINGS (OPTIONAL)
You can configure SIP network settings using the configuration files, the IP Phone UI, or the
Mitel Web UI.

For the 6863i/6865i:
1.
Press
on the phone to enter the Options List.

Select
Administrator Menu.

Select
SIP Settings.
Configuring Proxy IP and Proxy Port:

Proxy IP/Port.

Enter an IP address or fully qualified host name in the
Proxy Server
field. Default is
0.0.0.0

Enter a Proxy Port number in the
Proxy Port
field for accessing the SIP proxy server.
