AastraIPPhoneImageMenu
(Menu Image)
Creates a display with a bitmap image as a menu.
Menu selections are linked to keypad keys (0-9, *, #).
AastraIPPhoneTextMenu (Icon Menu)
(Icon Menu Image)
Creates a display that has a small icon before each
item in the menu.
