Reset

Important

: All <A> and <Z> commands must be followed by a one second delay

before any operations, commands, or reads can be processed.

Reset

Initializes all serial configuration commands in

RAM and resets all counters and operating
parameters.

Note

Software Reset will reset all counters. You

should record all data that you wish to save prior

to sending this command.

Associated serial command:

Reset/Restore Default

Restores the ROM default values to RAM then ini-
tializes them. Does not effect Scanner Type,

Scans per Second, or Gain Adjustment.
