Example: To set Relay-1 to Mismatch and change Pulse Width to 40 ms, and # Before
Output to 5, send <Kv2,0,4,5> or <Kv2,,4,5> .

Example: To set When to Output to End of Read Cycle, send <Kl3,1> .

1 = Match (or Good Read)

3 = Noread

0 = Negative
1 = Positive

Default is 5
