User Settings via the CLI
To configure passwords through the CLI, run the following commands:

Description
Step 1
guest
a. Enter the guest mode. The default password for the
guest user is
voltaire.
b. Enter the Privileged mode as follows:
Type enable and enter the admin password (The default
password for the admin user is
123456
.)
OR
admin
Enter directly the privileged mode.
The default password for the admin user is
123456
.
Note:
When connecting to the sRB-20210G via the
switch using the
io connect
command, you are already
in admin mode and do not need a password.
Step 2
password update
[admin,enable,guest,root]
Set the new passwords.
Step 3
exit
Exit Privileged mode
Example:
10G# password update admin
Insert new (up to 8 characters) Enter password :*******
Please retype new Enter password :*******
OK
10G#
NOTE:
In order to change the privileged mode (enable) password, you must change
the password of the admin user.
