5.1.1

Overview

The GridVision Device Manager (VDM) allows you to configure the sRB-20210G so that it
can be managed by the switch, either through the Ethernet or through InfiniBand. This
includes IP settings, remote management settings, user settings, setting remote configuration
(SNMP).

5.1.2

Setting the I/O IP via the GUI

The I/O Panel window is used to configure the I/O IP on the switch side. It shows the type of
I/O installed in the switch drawer slots.

The slot number is the number on the Grid Director rear panel in which the sRB-20210G is
installed within the switch. It also shows the sRB-20210G IP and mask.

To change/set the IP of the sRB-20210G:

Step 1

Under the Main Menu, select

Device

I/O Panel

. The

I/O Panel

 dialog box is displayed.
