Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
Turn off the water supply to the washer.
Remove the rear panel (See page 4-36).
Remove the clamp that secures the vent
tube to the back of the tub and disconnect
the tube from the tub.

To remove the vent tube from the washer,
reach inside from the back of the washer
and lift the vent tube to release 2 tabs from
slots in the top back brace.
nOTe:
Inside, there is a one way flapper
valve that will not allow suds to escape
through the vent tube.
