Remove dryer drum (See page 4-68).

Lift the belt off of the idler pulley.

Remove the mounting screw that attaches

the idler arm to the motor base bracket.

Pull the idler arm away from the motor

bracket. Make sure not to misalign the belt

switch actuator.

nOTe:

The idler pulley is not serviceable

as a separate part from the idler arm. The

mounting screw has a shoulder and a

permanent washer.

Remove dryer drum (See page 4-68).

Remove two star head screws from back of

motor bracket.

Remove two wire connectors and remove

switch.
