Motor Mounting Methods

The following motor mounting guidelines are provided when designing a guideway.

When attaching directly to the track or mounting plate as shown in 

Figure 3-14

, ensure 

clearance holes for all motor connections are provided. Note that this mounting 
method may not provide for any adjustment of the motor position once the motor is 
installed.
