Secure the foot straps
Place the feet on the foot plates. Make sure that the users heel is in contact with the heel cap on the
foot plate. Pull the straps over the feet, through the roller clip and tighten securely. It is important
that the straps have enough tension to avoid the feet from moving and getting into an incorrect
position.
