Operating Procedure

Description

Programming Mode

“Technical” Programming

(only on espresso machine models WITHOUT sight glass)

To exit the menu move between the parameters using the buttons T1

and T2

until the exit menu

is displayed. Press the T3 button

to exit the menu.

Turn the Main Switch to the 0 position.

Now it is possible to turn on again the espresso machine; set the main switch to position 1 and press any button
to complete machine switch on.

technician to select the probe sensitivity
