To set the current date and time

Press the [INITIAL SET] key.
The first screen of the Initial Set
mode appears.

Press the [ ] key 11 times to select “INITIAL USER DATA”.

From the KEYPAD, press the [1]
key.
A screen appears, allowing you to
specify the time and date.

Using the KEYPAD, enter the time.
❍ The time is set on a 24-hour
system.

Using the KEYPAD, enter the date
(year, month and day).
❍
For the year, enter the last two
digits.
❍ In the screen that allows you to
set the time and date, press the [
] and [ ] keys to move the
cursor (_) to the desired location.

Press the [ENTER] key.
The “INITIAL USER DATA” menu appears again.
❍ To return to the main screen, press the [AUTO RESET] key.

Note
The time setting of this machine automatically switches to daylight
savings time during the period indicated below.
From 2 am on the first Sunday of April to 2 am on the last Sunday of
October
