Using the KEYPAD, enter the 4-digit
password, and then press the
[ENTER] key.
❍ The password can be set to any
number between 0000 and
9999.
❍ If you wish to change the password, press the [NO] key, and then
enter the new password.
❍ If no password is to be specified, press the [ENTER] key without
entering anything.
The “FAX REGISTRATION” menu appears again.
To delete a mailbox

Select the “FAX REGISTRATION”
menu.
❍ Refer to “To select the “FAX
REGISTRATION” menu” on
page 10-2.

Press the [6] key from the KEYPAD
to select “MAILBOX”.

Using the KEYPAD, enter the
number of the mailbox that you wish
to delete.

Press the [NO] key.
A screen appears, allowing you to
enter the mailbox ID.
