Mailbox Transmission

The fax can be sent to a recipient’s mailbox.

This is perfect for sending an important document to a specific person.

Note

Mailbox transmission is compatible with F code transmission. 
Machines compatible with F codes can be specified as recipients for 
mailbox transmission.

To fax using mailbox transmission

1

Position the document to be faxed.

If necessary, change the “Resolution” setting (p. 6-8).

Press the [FAX SET] key.

Press the [3] key from the KEYPAD.

or

Press the [FAX SET] key 3 times to 
select “MAILBOX TX”, and then 
press the [ENTER] key.

Specify the recipient, and then 
press the [ENTER] key.
