Fax Transmission/Reception Methods

Konica 7115F/7118F

Broadcast Transmission

The same document can be sent to multiple recipients at one time.

A maximum of 143 recipients can be specified for the same transmission.

The recipients can be specified by using the one-touch dial keys, the 
speed dial numbers or group dialing, by selecting from the tel book, or by 
entering the fax number using the KEYPAD.

Note

A maximum of 16 recipients can be specified by entering the fax 
number using the KEYPAD.

Tip

With the result report printed after the transmission is finished, you can 
check whether the fax was sent to all recipients.

To fax using broadcast transmission

Position the document to be faxed.

If necessary, change the “Resolution” setting (p. 6-8).

Press the [FAX SET] key.

Press the [1] key from the KEYPAD.

Press the [FAX SET] key once to 
select “BROADCAST”, and then 
press the [ENTER] key.
