To fax using speed dialing
If speed dial numbers have already been programmed, the fax number of
a recipient can be specified quickly by entering the corresponding speed
dial number.
For details on programming speed dial numbers, refer to “Setting Up
Speed Dialing (“SPEED DIAL” function)” on page 10-8.

Press the [FAX] key to enter Fax mode.

Load the document into the Automatic Document Feeder.

If necessary, change the “Resolution” setting (p. 6-8).

Press the [SPEED DIAL] key, and
then use the KEYPAD to enter the
3-digit speed dial number.

Press the [NO] key, and then
enter the correct number.

Press the [START] key to begin scanning and sending the fax.
