4 Basic Copy Operations

To make copies after specifying a copy density

Load the document to be copied.
❍ Refer to “Loading the Document” on page 4-1.

Press the [DENSITY SET] key to
select between the “[A]” (AUTO),
“PHOTO” and “TEXT” settings.
❍ The current setting appears on
the left side of the screen.

If the “PHOTO” or “TEXT” setting
was selected, use the [
] and [ ]
keys to adjust the density level.

If necessary, specify any other copy settings.

Enter the number of copies to be made on the KEYPAD, and then
press the [START] key.
