NOTICE If the industrial truck cannot be restored to working order by carrying out the
"remedies" or if a fault or defect appears on the display unit along with the
relevant error number, please contact the manufacturer's service
organization.
Further fault correction can only be carried out by qualified manufacturer
service personnel. The manufacturer's service organization is able to provide
customer service support specifically for situations like these.
Please provide the following information to customer service personnel in
order to enable them to deal with the problem effectively and quickly:
- Serial number of the industrial truck
- Error number as indicated on the display unit (if there is one)
- Description of error
- Current location of the industrial truck.
Error 144 – Truck has quit guid-
ance wire
– Restore wire guidance
Error 330 – Drive control button
pressed during power-
up test
– Do not press drive control button;
switch truck off and then on again.
Error 331 – Hydraulic control
button pressed during
power-up test
– Do not press hydraulic control button;
switch truck off and then on again.
Error 338 – Foot switch pressed
during power-up test
– Do not press foot switch; switch truck
off and then on again.
Error 339 – A membrane switch
under the display unit
