Drawing Up Bobbin Thread

Raise the presser foot. Hold the needle thread lightly
with your left hand.

Pull both threads 4˝ to 6˝ (10 to 15 cm) under and
behind the presser foot.
x
Press the up/down needle position button twice to
lower and raise the needle.

Up/down needle position button

Pull the needle thread to pick up the bobbin thread.
