Checking/Adjusting the X-Drive Belt Tension
1. Remove the top and side panels.
2. If required, allow system to cool to room temperature (approximately 20
minutes).
3. Move the Head Assembly to the full right travel position within the build
envelope (as viewed from the front of the printer).
4. Position the dial indicator on the rear section of the X-Drive belt - cen-
tered between the Head Assembly and the left side of the build enve-
lope. (

5. Check the tension: (

The large hand on the gauge should read between 25 and 35 mils, and
the small hand should read between 4 and 5.
