FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING

Drive new left bearing (brake disc side) squarely
until it is fully seated, using special tools.

Install the distance collar.

Drive new right bearing squarely until it is fully
seated, using special tools.

Apply grease to a new dust seal lips.
Install the dust seal into right side of the wheel hub
until it is flush with the wheel hub.

Do not get grease

on the brake disc or

stopping power will

be reduced.

Apply grease to a new dust seal lips.
Install the dust seal into right side of the wheel hub
until it is flush with the wheel hub.

Install the brake disc on the wheel hub with the
stamp facing out.
Install and tighten new front brake disc socket bolts
to the specified torque.

Install the front pulsar ring (page 18-25).

INSTALLATION

Install the side collars to both side of the front
wheel.
