(3) Thermo sensor connector
(4) Radiator u pper hose
(5)
(5) Thermostat housing cover bolt/terminal
(6) Thermostat housing cover
(7) 0-ring
(8) Thermostat
(9) Thermostat housing bolt
( 1 0) Cyli nder head-to-housing hose
( 1 1 ) Thermostat housing
( 1 2) Thermo sensor

Remarks
I nsta l lation is in the reverse order of removal .
Loosen t h e c l a m p screw and disconnect t h e hose.
At i nstallation, insta l l the thermostat with its bleed hole
facing right side while aligning it with the g rooves i n the
housing.
Loosen the clamp screws and d isconnect the hoses.
At instal lation, apply sealant to the th reads of the sensor.
