COOLING SYSTEM

Remove the radiator lower mounting bolt and col-
lar.

Disconnect the horn connectors.

Remove the radiator upper mounting bolt and horn
mounting stay.

Release the radiator upper grommet from the frame
boss by moving the radiator to the right, then
remove the radiator assembly.

DISASSEMBLY

Remove the bolts and fan motor assembly from the
radiator.

Remove the cooling fan nut and cooling fan.

COLLAR

BOLT

Be careful not to

damage the radiator

fins.
