FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Remove the bolts, handlebar upper holders and handlebar
from the top bridge.

HANDLEBAR GRIP
INSTALLATION
Place the handlebar to the top bridge.
Place the handlebar holders with the punch marks facing
forward and install the holder bolts.
Align the punch mark on the handlebar with the mating
surface of the lower holder.
Tighten the forward bolts first, then the rear bolts.
TORQUE: 22 N.m (2.2 kgf.m, 16 lbf.ft)
Slide and Install the clutch lever bracket by aligning the
meeting surface of the bracket with the punch mark on
the handle bar.
Tighten the clutch lever bracket bolt.
Apply Honda Bond A or its equivalent to the inside surface
of the grips and to the clean surface of the left handlebar.
Wait 3-5 minutes and install the grip.
Rotate the grips for even application of the adhesive.
Allow the
adhesive to dry
for 1 hour before
using.
