File menu
The File menu consists of three commands, Open, Save As and Exit. The
file name of the opened file is also displayed in this box. The file is opened
from the Open command in the Tool menu or from the Open command in
the File menu.

Open
This command performs the following function:
•
Opens a file (*.COD or *.OTP) and loads the contents into the PC buffer
•
Displays the file contents in both the Binary Code and the Disassembled
Instruction Area.
•
Downloads the file contents to the OTP programmer buffer. A message
dialog box and the LCM on the OTP programmer displays the download
message.

Save As
Save the contents of the buffer to an .OTP file. The contents of the buffer
may be read from the OTP chip or loaded from the .COD file using a Read
command.

Exit
Exit from the OTP utility and return to the HT-IDE.

The command menu consists of the commands that control the OTP pro-
grammer. Fig. 8-3 displays the commands of the command menu.
