Step 3
Create a new project
•
Select the Project menu, New command.
Fig 4-2 is displayed.
•
Type the project name (Example: SAMPLE) and select the Micro Control-
ler (Example: HT48CX0).
•
Press the [OK] button.
The project SAMPLE has been created and a Mask Option window (Mask
Option for HT48CX0) is displayed.
•
Change the options selection according to the application project.
•
Press the [SAVE] button to save the mask options.

Step 4
Add source files to the project
•
Select the Project menu, Edit command.
Fig 4-3 is displayed.
•
Select the source files from the list.

Example
Change the Directory to C:\HT-IDE\SAMPLE, highlight the T1.ASM
from the left window, and press the [Add] button. The filename C:\HT-
IDE\SAMPLE\T1.ASM is displayed in the “Files in project” window.
Repeat to add T2.ASM to the project SAMPLE.

Press the [OK] button after all source files have been added to the project.

Step 5
Change the HT-IDE working mode
The HT-IDE is now in the simulation mode. If the HT-ICE is connected to
the host machine and powered on, the emulation mode can be selected.
Otherwise, skip this Step and jump to the next step.
•
Select the Option menu, Debug command.
Fig 3-14 is displayed.
•
Press the Emulation radio button.
•
Press [OK] button.
