Step 6
Build the project
•
Select the Project menu, Build command.
The HT-IDE begins to assemble T1.ASM and T2.ASM. It then links the
object files to a task file and starts the download process. If an error
occurs, the HT-IDE stops the Build process and displays the error mes-
sage. The source files should be corrected and the project rebuilt again.
The HT-IDE enters the debugging mode after the download process is
completed.

Step 7
Debugging and modifying the source program files. Finally, a correct ROM
file (with extension name .cod) is generated which is sent to Holtek for IC
production. The
µ
C mask option data can also be printed out.
Note
If the ROM file (.cod) is required, please check if the item has been selected.
To do this select the Option menu, Project command, select “Generate .COD
file”, press the [OK] button.
