Monitoring Coolant Temperature
If the temperature of the cooling water is too low, condensation will occur on the heat sinks depend-
ing on the humidity, which can lead to malfunctions and damage to the unit. To prevent this, the
cooling water flow temperature must not fall below 18°C. The coolant temperature is controlled by a
thermal sensor in the cooling water inlet, the measured temperature is shown on the display of the
PLC in the HTS cabinet
N O T I C E
To avoid condensation, the cooling water temperature must be at least 18 ° C.
Warnings
Warning messages are displayed in the main menu. In addition, all warning messages that have oc-
curred can be read out via the interface.
A maximum of 32 devices or channel warnings are stored internally in the DSP.
The code of the warnings is represented in a 16-bit data word.
The warnings can be divided into the following areas:
Warning code:
0xn1mm,
n = area of warning
mm = Code;
Warning areas:
Warnings of channel 1:
0x1100 – 0x11F
(Control Unit 1)
Warnings of channel 2:
0x2100 – 0x21FF
(Control Unit 1)
Warnings of channel 1:
0x6100 – 0x61FF
(Control Unit 2)
Warnings of channel 2:
0x7100 – 0x71FF
(Control Unit 2)
