External Supply of the HTS
For safety reasons, the HTS stages are externally supplied with a suitable power supply unit

A) before operation at full power, in order to limit the energy that can be discharged
in the output stage in the event of a fault.
WARNING
Wear hearing protection for safety reasons during this step.
First switch off the mains switch again and remove the fuses
F1 - F4 in the DC circuit after the waiting time with the in-
stallation tool. Then connect the power supply unit in paral-
lel to the marked feed points for both channels.
DANGER
High voltage! Make sure that you do not touch the upper contacts of the fuse holders while
the unit is switched on.
Connect at the outputs CH1+ with CH2+ and CH1- with CH2- using an appropriate cable (min.
50
mm
²
).
Switch the PLC into Servicemode
The additional menu for service settings is called up with the {B} key. Here the service mode can be
activated or deactivated and the cooling medium can be selected. These settings remain stored
even after pressing the main switch. In addition, the lock of the solenoid valve can be overwritten
here for ten minutes.
