to obtain the centring bebe projection.
The Window and Level values control the image’s contrast and brightness. These values are
adjusted using either the slide bars at the bottom of the
MicroView
window, or by right-clicking
on either slide bar to display a pop-up window where you enter a specific value.
13. Adjust the Level and Window slide bars until the bebes disappear into the extreme levels.

Limit Switch
Most limit switches can be checked through the the diagnostic
X-Ray and Motor Controller
software.
1.
Verify that nothing is blocking the sensor of the limit switch.
2.
Access the
X-Ray and Motor Controller
software and verify that sensor indicates it is clear.
3.
Trip the sensor and verify that software is registering the trigger.

Comair Rotron Fan FS12B3 (Detector Fan)
1.
Visually inspect that fan is running at correct speed.
2.
Listen to verify that fan is not making extra noise (grinding or clicking).
If fan is not running:

Disconnect the fan and measure the pins on the input and verify a reading of 12VDC.

Comair Fan 2.0625 (Fan under X-ray Source)
1.
Visually inspect that fan is running at correct speed.
2.
Listen to verify that fan is not making extra noise (grinding or clicking).
If fan is not running:

Disconnect the fan and measure the voltage on the terminal block and verify a reading of
12VDC.

Shutter Drive Motor
1.
Verify that shutter disk is clear of obstacles.
2.
Access the
X-Ray and Motor Controller
software and press the
Start Shutter
button.
3.
Verify that the shutter initializes.
4.
Set speed of shutter and visually verify speed.
If unable to initialize:
a.
Verify connections on Micro Mo drive unit.
b.
Verify voltage on connections on Micro Mo unit.
c.
Verify connection to CSCU.
d.
Verify connection on Motor (inside X-Ray Source Shielded Housing).
